We had a fantastic time at our Schools United Event at St James’ Park yesterday. It was a fabulous opportunity for the Newcastle United Foundation to showcase the excellent work they can offer schools, as well as giving our own key note speakers the chance to speak on issues such as e-learning and mental health. A big thank you to all involved in making this such an excellent event, as well as the great Bob Moncur for picking the winners in the prize draw! Congratulations to …those who won either match tickets, a ball boy/girl place and a signed football! The feedback we had from those attending was amazing – some Headteachers going so far as to say it was the best event they had attended! We’ll be putting photographs from the event into a ‘Schools United’ album on our facebook page, so do take a look to see what a great event this really was!
